Pay Range: $72,489.13 - $99,128.88

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees within an organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs, develop learning objectives, and deliver high-quality training solutions.
What You'll Do
Develop, implement, and evaluate employee development programs across the Learning and Development department, collaborating with various teams
Create and deliver programs aligning employee potential with business requirements. Analyze data for tests, visuals, class coordination, and training impact
Incorporate new Learning and Development methods, crafting learning strategies based on current research
Swiftly address client needs and development gaps while assessing individual and organizational requirements
Design comprehensive learning programs, utilizing diverse techniques such as e-learning and blended learning
Lead engaging training sessions, ensuring alignment with objectives
Gauge training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback
Manage training activities using learning management systems
Identify gaps and execute precise training interventions
Contribute to career development and succession planning efforts
Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in organizational learning, human resources, or related field
3+ years of experience in developing and leading learning strategies and programs
Proficiency in learning software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator) and vendor management
Strong grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation
Design and delivery skills across various formats, including e-learning and virtual training
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools
Exceptional presentation abilities that engage and inspire learners
Analytical thinking for data-driven training assessments and recommendations
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-level collaboration
Current on learning trends and best practices
Expertise in assessments, strategies, content analysis implementation, evaluation, and tracking
Familiarity with learning theories, HR programs, and policies

Work Environment
Work is typically performed in a regular office setting. Time may be spent out in the field and on business travel (up to 25% of the time).
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Musy be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers
Must be able to express and exchange ideas by means of spoken words
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
