ManpowerGroup Power Design Engineer Electrical Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona

Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a Power Design Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Power Design Engineer you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Power Plants. The ideal candidate will have power generation and power plant electrical design, ability to travel locally/regionally and experience with AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, etc. which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Power Design Engineer Electrical Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $115-$120K+ base + bonus(es), relo and other perks

What’s the Job?

  • Performing detailed design packages for construction of equipment or facilities related to power plants and power generation, utlities

  • Will oversee design with the design team and doing design fine tuning (AutoCAD)

  • Will be doing field support and project oversight from design through construction

What’s Needed?

  • BSEE or similar engineering degree and 7+ years' experience in electrical engineering for power plants and power generation projects

  • PE license

  • Prior experience with EPC type projects/consulting and project lead or project management experience

  • Strong design experience along with quality review experience for engineering documents, specs, etc.

  • Experience with AutoCAD a must for design oversight; ETAP and/or SKM experience a huge plus
