Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end evolution of your products and their development. You will immerse yourself with the disease monitoring and prevention communities across public health, pharmacy and other markets to extensively understand customers, pain points and emerging macro trends to design and build products that solve urgent problems.You will meticulously analyze market & user problems to most effectively prioritize product opportunities, communicate product requirements, create personas, write user stories and generally illustrate the market/user problems in a way that leads to the development of products that effectively resolve these issues and provide the users with a quality experience.

Additionally, you will be a key component to a group of people that challenge assumptions, represent the users, and who are continually learning and growing. You\'ll be in a position to provide thought leadership, helping to define and implement STChealth\'s next generation of tools, processes, and products. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact not only to STChealth and our customers, but also on the lives of patients globally, by better expediting population health outcomes.

We staff our product teams with the skills necessary to come up with effective solutions that are valuable (our customers choose to buy or use), viable (the solution works within the many constraints of the business), usable (the user can figure out how to use) and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement).

While the product designer is accountable for ensuring the solution is usable, and the engineers are accountable for ensuring the solution is feasible, the product manager is accountable for ensuring the solution is both valuable and viable.

This means that the product manager must contribute to their product team a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business constraints from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy are typical examples. The PM must also contribute to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products. Finally, the product manager is expected to track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to their product.

To be successful in this role, you should possess an entrepreneur mindset and the ability to think strategically about how the product vision and business vision work together. Also, must be able to then put those strategies into motion by collaborating with empowered product teams to effectively launch and scale products and features.

What You Will Do

  • You will continuously engage with members of the immunization & disease monitoring community to truly understand the market, which will lead you to make informed product decisions.
  • You will define, communicate, and implement the product strategy and vision for the products you work on.
  • You will work with other STChealth departments to help them understand the product features, key benefits, and target customer.
  • You will serve as the internal and external expert and evangelist for product offerings, while working with others in Product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership
  • You will become the expert in market problems and cutting- dge industry-related developments for your products.
  • You will guide the execution of the plan to deliver profitable growth by working with internal stake holders across the organization and understanding the competitions\' offerings.
  • You will contribute to the creation of compelling content, leveraging thought leadership and competitive differentiation both for internal and external use. This includes crafting business cases, written narratives, whitepapers, and presentations, informational posts to communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development support.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions
  • Lead product roadmaps, balancing short-term needs with long term vision
