Capgemini Technical Program Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

The TechnicalProgram Manager provides program management services to maintain relationships and collaboration between the Business, Engineering teams & leadership.

Roles& Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for program coordination with business stakeholders and project team

  • Support program strategy and prioritization

  • Coordinate and drive program/project delivery from initiation. Coordinate with customers, as required on technical and/or project matters

  • Organize cross-functional activities ensuring that the deliverables are completed as per schedule

  • Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports

  • Works closely with Program & Product owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business changes and develop effective communications

  • Assist with overall project management and administrative support duties (e.g., maintaining hygiene in Azure DevOps (ADO), managing in-flight and backlog items in ADO, task delegation, etc.)

  • Manage action items, risks, issues related to the project; anticipate roadblocks and work to mitigate them

  • Establish and monitor compliance with internal processes to support adherence to the program strategy

  • Drive clear program level communications, provide transparency and data-driven insights including preparing content for executive reviews

  • Attend sprint planning and sprint review meetings

Qualifications:

  • 10years of high-tech industry experience in Technical and Business Program Management

  • Knowledgeof Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI)

  • Experience working in Quality Assurance (QA) related roles

  • Excellentbusiness analysis skills including understanding data in relation to thebusiness and profiling the data to produce detailed artifacts

  • Shouldhave experience working in Agile model and monthly/bi-weekly sprints

  • Workingknowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)/Jira/Rally

  • Creating efficient communications using PowerPoint decks

  • Thrives in fast paced dynamic organizations

  • Exposure to managing projects/programs related to modern support solutions like Bots, Live agent chat support, transition and managing of tools/platform, etc. is a big plus

  • Experience creating simple PowerBI reports sourcing from Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel to gain business insights is a plus

  • Analytics knowledge of Excel e.g. pivots, lookups, etc. is preferred

  • Effectiveleadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships across teams

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
