Position Details (Multiple positions available):
·Pediatric Patient
·Acuity Level: G-tube
·Location: Chandler
·Schedule: Days, Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 6pm
About cases:
This is a pediatric patient who is seeking care on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 6pm. The patient has only a G-tube and is considered a low acuity case. The family is amazing and kind to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!
(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)
Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
