AMERCO Real Estate Company, an international commercial developer of self-storage properties, is seeking a Smartsheet Business / Data Analyst. Smartsheet is a software as a service (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_as_a_service) (SaaS) offering for collaboration and work management (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_management_software) , which we use to track properties throughout their lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Setting up new users and providing proper training and on-boarding

• Maintaining database of all properties and projects

• Providing IT assistance to users

• Optimizing user experience

• Creating reports to better display information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or equivalent degree / work experience

• Previous experience with Smartsheet

• Advanced level Excel skills

• Knowledge of real estate and construction management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. After World War II, there existed the widespread need for do-it-yourself moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis. U-Haul co-founders L.S. "Sam" Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, recognized that need and acted upon it. Their visionary approach spread the cost of ownership among many users, facilitating the mobility of the populations of the U.S. and Canada. The covered wagon of the pioneers morphed into orange U-Haul trailers. In the process, an industry was born.
