Scheurer, is seeking a Network & Service Operations Administrator. The Network & Service Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis, maintenance, and implementation on all aspects of the network and service operations infrastructure including but not limited to servers, network, hardware, telecommunications, and software. Serves as escalation to IT Service Desk for problems and changes with focus on providing high quality IT Service Management to end-users. Provides technical consulting to organization.
The Network & Service Operations Administrator must possess a minimum of a bachelor degree in computer sciences, information systems or a related field. . Information Technology certifications in network and server administration technologies, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)/Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Azure/M365 Administrator, VMWare, or network security, is preferred. The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in Information Technology, security, health information management systems.
Knowledge in the following areas are expected to be successful in this position:
- Server Virtualization such as hyper-V, ESX
- LAN/WAN, SIP/VOIP, network administration and firewalls
- LDAP technologies such as Active Directory
- Operating Systems including Windows, Linux, iOS, Android and their security
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Application support
- General knowledge on cloud hosting
- Training in Windows, Linux, and Virtual Operating Systems
Broad knowledge of current healthcare security standards and security frameworks.
