What You'll Do
As an Integration Engineer you will be responsible for the aero and aeromechanical design of propellers and lift rotors.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1) Perform aero and aeromechanical design of lift rotors.
2) Perform aero and aeromechanical design of propellers.
3) Integrate structural requirements to develop a safe and efficient end product.
4) Evaluate and respond to customer requests for propellers for new aircraft.
Requirements
What's Required
1) Aero engineering degree or mechanical engineering degree with aero design experience.
2) 5+years of experience in an engineering position.
3) Experience with aero design tools such as StarCCM, Charm, and RCAS.
What's Preferred
1) Experience with the design of lifting rotors that operate in edgewise flight.
2) Experience in the design of wings or rotating airfoils.
3) Experience with the design of composite structures.
4) Experience working as part of a cross-functional design team.
5) Project management experience.
6) Helicopter of other vertical lift design experience is a plus.
