Part-time Crew Member – Foodservice and flexible hours at Scott Family McDonald's

Starting Pay for adults - $11 to $14 an hour based on experience & availability. Positions are available all around the Dayton area with great advancement opportunities.

We start hiring at 14 with limited positions for 14 and 15 year-olds. Pay is different for minors.

As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a smile

  • Taking accurate food orders

  • Food Preparation of all of McDonald’s World Famous food including cooking, frying, and grilling

  • Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift

  • Cleaning the Restaurant

  • Stocking to ensure items are available and ready when needed
