For our Pisa plant, we're looking for a highly motivated IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) with hands-on mentality to join our IT team.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?

• Support and monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure

• Conception and administration of networks (LAN, WLAN)

• Administration of Windows clients and servers

• Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory

• Configuration and administration of backups

• Administration of VMware servers and the SAN

• 1st and 2nd level support for employees

• Mobile device management (Intune)

• Documentation of the IT infrastructure

What do you need to help make our goals a reality?

• First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it

• Ideally a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education

• Professional experience in building IT infrastructure, operation, administration, and management (802.3, 802.11)

• Good knowledge of management/maintenance of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 systems

• Professional knowledge of OSI model and troubleshooting skills on any level

• Professional experience in network routing (static and dynamic), network switching, and VPN Operation Administration and Management

• Professional knowledge of high-level protocols (SNMP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS) and IT communication systems (SIP, VC)

• Good understanding of enterprise IT systems, including VMWare servers, SAN, security (antivirus, firewall)

• Proactive and self-organised personality with a profound sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication skills in English and German
