Foley Inc. Business Analyst I - Digital & Product Support in Piscataway, New Jersey
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Enter and maintain subscription/connectivity contracts in D365
- Quoting and invoicing clients for subscriptions.
- Support customer billing inquiries and fleet analysis to ensure accurate monthly billing.
- Monthly contract creation and management in D365 for operating system.
- Update and maintain various Connectivity subscription programs and pricing.
- Notify customers of internal subscriptions expiring and adjust subscriptions based on customer requests.
- Subscribe/unsubscribe Product Link devices.
- Manage equipment requests in system for any changes and adjust billing accordingly.
- Obtain and process authorization forms to keep records and subscriptions accurate.
- Bensalem, PA location preferred, role has ability to be hybrid. Must be a commutable distance to Bensalem.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Required knowledge of general accounting practices and account reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in all Microsoft platforms.
