Federated Hermes 9158: Business Operations Service Delivery Manager in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania
Federated Hermes is currently seeking a Business Operations Service Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate Federated Hermes' onshore and offshore transfer agency services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the planning and execution of multiple projects for assigned stakeholders using project management methodologies.
- Provides vendor relationship management and overall direction in the successful completion of projects and daily transfer agency activities.
- Develops and deploys business plans.

Position Specifications:
- Bachelor degree required; degree in Business or a Business related field such as computer science, economics or mathematics preferred.
- Minimum of six years' experience in financial services operations including experience in project management required.
- Solid knowledge of financial industry standard processes and systems required.
- Possess a solid understanding of products, transfer agent systems, and various operating platforms such as NSCC, SWIFT and client transmissions required.
This role may be based in a US field office and will report into Federated Hermes' Pittsburgh headquarters.
