Administrative Assistant Job Summary

Performs administrative and general office support work.

Essential Functions * Supports surgeons, faculty, leadership, and lab staff * Develops reports * Analyzes complex information requests and determines complex trends. * Provides input to presentations and other department/supervisor work * Maintains supervisor's calendar * Maintains various accounting and budgetary records (i.e., completes expense reports). * Completes orders for office supplies and laboratory supplies * Make travel arrangements. * Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. * Performs other duties as assigned. Physical Effort

Sedentary activity for up to 10 hours daily.
