Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $ 20 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Bartender:
Responsible for prompt service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Execute table layout and diagram.
Complete all set up and breakdown as needed for each banquet event
Follow specific job duties in opening/closing and side duties.
Maintain a friendly, positive and professional attitude and behavior to all clients and guests
Responsible for making sure that each service piece of china, glass and silver is spotless before it is placed on a table, and that each table is set-up uniformly.
Ability to read, interpret and execute specific requirements, as stated in banquet event order.
Must be RAMP Certified
One or more years of previous banquet bartender and service experience
Lift and carry a tray or push/pull a cart, up to fifty, (50) pounds
Perform in a face paced environment.
Stand or walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods.
Serve buffet or plated meals to guests
Resolve issues or problems quickly to satisfy the client or guest
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
High school diploma/GED required.
2+ years' experience working as a bartender.
Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred.
Must be able to lift 20 pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required.
Ramp Certification Required
Background check required
