Building Services Coordinator I

 

Assists in the management of the building and accompanying facilities. Assists with coordination of maintenance services, routine repairs, emergency repairs, and inspections; assists to manage the preventative maintenance program. Assists with building projects in the coordination of all outside vendors and consultants and incoming loading dock responsibilities.

Essential Functions

The Building Operations Coordinator for the Swanson School of Engineering serves as the building concierge for Benedum Hall. Primary duties include serving as point-of-contact for all receiving in Benedum Hall; operating the front desk in the lobby for general reception and access to the Student Services Suite; and regular review of the building classrooms and general spaces for maintenance and upkeep.

Physical Effort

Position requires the ability to be mobile to move about the building and be able to lift 50 pounds.
