DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Commercial Excellence and Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Commercial Excellence team for USCA and driving sales training activities for the USCA commercial teams to attack existing gaps in sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities * Accountable for sales capability assessment / detailed improvement plan to address gaps * Accountable for KPI development of effectiveness across PMC USCA training activities * Implement effective and purposeful training content * Develop and execute an SBU USCA training roadmap * Assess sales capability gaps through gap analysis and curate a sales training program to continue growth and development of PMC sales, BDMs, and indirect sales teams * Facilitate and coordinate, where necessary, sales training activities * Act as PMC USCA Salesforce champion focused in Commercial Excellence areas * Pipeline management and pipeline hygiene * Lead management process and lead conversion * Effective tools for key account management / inform Salesforce structure for optimized use * Establish Commercial Excellence KPIs and metrics to achieve growth (win rate, capture rate, lead conversion rate etc.) * Collaborate with sales, segment and marketing teams on effective sales tools supported through Salesforce

Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years' experience in a distribution model, sales, marketing, or other commercial role with a proven track record of leadership, sales achievements and influencing people. * Ability to create a vision, lead and interface and influence effectively
