ATI is currently hiring a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst within our Enterprise Services Digital Technology team and will report to our Director, Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This position can be based at any of our major locations including our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas; our Enterprise Resource Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or at one of our plant locations in Cudahy, Wisconsin; Monroe, North Carolina; or Millersburg, Oregon.

Objective:

The Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst will be integral in developing, supporting, and leading initiatives to assess, analyze, and manage risks to ATI’s mission-critical assets, processes, systems, and infrastructures. This role requires a proactive approach to enhance our cybersecurity frameworks and implement effective vulnerability management programs across all major locations.

This role is designed not only to maintain but to elevate ATI’s cybersecurity posture, ensuring the organization's resilience against an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.

Performance Objectives:

Risk Management Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct a comprehensive review of current risk management practices and cybersecurity policies.

  • Participate in the development of a strategic risk management plan that includes identification, measurement, treatment, and reporting of new and existing cybersecurity risks.

  • Establish and maintain continuous communication channels for effective risk management across different departments.

  • With the Cybersecurity team, work to improve and mature the organization’s security metrics and reporting capabilities.

Vulnerability Management:

  • Oversee the onboarding of new solutions to the vulnerability management platform, ensuring a seamless integration.

  • Regularly research and analyze potential threats, including Zero-Day vulnerabilities, to keep ATI ahead in its cybersecurity measures.

  • Configure and standardize processes for regular reporting of vulnerabilities to facilitate prompt and efficient remedial actions by the relevant teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information regarding cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.

  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline, standardize and document vulnerability remediation procedures.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity concepts, practices, and procedures, with at least three years of relevant experience.

  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Robust analytical skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on risk assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years in roles such as information security engineer or analyst, network security architect, or similar.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial business environment.
