TITLE: Director, Consulting Services

EMPLOYER: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc.

DUTIES: Owns the client relationship. Has business evolution accountability with a team of members in typically an SI&C operation. Develops and maintains strong relationships with assigned clients. Develops business with assigned clients. Participates in the delivery of client engagement. Ensures the quality of services delivered to assigned clients (including application of CPMF). Ensures the assignment, recruitment and supporting career development of team members. Fosters the development of the team's capabilities and expertise in line with client needs and market evolution. Leads and manages the operations to achieve targeted revenue and profitability. Develops and maintains a high level of expertise in and knowledge of an appropriate mixture of professional fields, industries, solutions and technologies. Propagates this expertise locally and across CGI.

LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA (Full-time telework permitted)

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, IT or a related field and 5 years in any job title involving preparing UML diagrams, Use cases, Activity diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Data Flow diagrams, and Process Flow diagrams. Prior experience must include: 5 years with DFD (Data Flow Diagram), UML (Unified Model Language), PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) and IDE (Integrated Definition for Function Modeling) to resolve complex business problems and identify Key Process Indicators; and 3 years writing and reviewing Data Mapping documents, managing system requirement specification documents, performing Data Validation, SQL Validation and ETL testing in Oracle, SQL Server or DB2 RDBMS.
