Duties: - Provide direct support and companionship to individuals in need - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - medications reminders as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and manage behaviors, ensuring a safe and supportive environment - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met - Engage in social activities and provide emotional support - Accompany clients to appointments and outings - Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Skills: - Experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Understanding of social work principles and practices - Familiarity with hospice care and end-of-life support - Proficiency in assisting with ADLs - Ability to administer medications accurately and safely - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
