Job Duties

• Maintain, Service, and Repair in-home Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation equipment of all various types.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment.
• Perform system startup installations on all recently installed systems.
• Diagnosis and provide necessary warranty work surrounding recently installed equipment.
• Handle all callbacks on equipment, determining the best course of action for repairing it.
• Become an expert on heating and air conditioning system installations to follow behind the installation team by performing quality assurance checks.
• Perform a walkthrough of every system installed by the installation team either on the last day of installation or the following day post-installation to ensure all documentation & paperwork are dispersed and the customer's use and knowledge of their new system is understood.
• Build strong relationships with our vendor partners to ensure we have the most current information available.
• Process and handle internal and external paperwork regarding all customer work performed.
• Use standard and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures to handle your daily duties.
• Handle your On-Call rotations including {nights/weekends/holidays}
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction while developing great rapport.

Experience Needed to Win

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Repair experience
• EPA Certified
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license

Physical Requirements

• Able to work in extreme temperatures
• Able to adapt to all environments, including but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds
• Able to work extended daily work hours
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
