Insurance Brokerage Summer Student 2025
We are excited for you to launch an exciting career in insurance!
As a HUB Summer Student you will assist the team with daily tasks to support client and departmental needs. Working with a line of business, you will learn about insurance brokerage through hands on work and gain valuable experience.
Hours: 35 per week
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:
Interact with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to tailored insurance solutions in sales and service departments.
Assist in maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and other critical data.
Analyze data, create report, and contribute to market analysis and research projects to support in decision-making.
Collaborate with team members to manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and assisting in claims processing.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc
