Reference #: 22837192 Genesis10 is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager for our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6 month + contract to hire hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite.

This position pays: $48/hr - 52/hr W2 based on experience. Candidates applying must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work on a W2 basis directly with Genesis10.

Summary and responsibilities Our client is in need of an experienced, organized, creative junior project manager to join our client's Proposals & Due Diligence Response team * Coordinates clear, succinct responses to client due diligence requests (DDQs) working in partnership with experts across the business * Manages proposal and DDQ responses end-to-end, working in both independently and in a team environment * Utilizes tracking tools and project plans to track all relevant project information throughout the project lifecycle, including maintaining accurate data for report generation * May assist in developing and refining the proposal and due diligence process and assist in the creation of standard library content

Requirements * Bachelors degree * 3-5 years of total work experience in financial services preferred, knowledge of Treasury Services a plus * Experience using proposal management software * Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and SharePoint * Strong organizational, project management and time management skills * PMP certification a plus * Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines at any given time in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and optimal client experience * Ability to work independently and make fact-based decisions while holding project stakeholders accountable
