Job Summary: Responsible for the coordination and completion of work orders including but not limited to gas main line connection, meter installations, construction heat and product installations for builders/developers. Responsible for the research and resolution of all builder/developer issues including field and billing related issues. Responsible for assisting the sales team with potential new marketing leads, assessing customer needs and exploring new opportunities for the conversion to natural gas. Individual will also educate customers on reasons to convert to natural gas. Responsible for the sale of products/services. Provide and coordinate turnkey, quality service to builders/developers for gas mainline installation/connection, meter installations, delivery, set up, removal of construction heaters, and gas lamp installation. Respond to all internal and external inquiries, educate consumers on existing products, provide explanation of how individuals can benefit from service, and convert to a new sale. Serve as point-of-contact for all new residential, commercial and conversion sales inquiries. Communicate with potential customers about gas availability by utilizing company mapping systems. Provide assistance to any potential residential or commercial customers during entire process - from initial contact to final installation. Identify all potential customers within a project scope and create files in the Billing Information System. Enter data into our internal mapping system. Perform customer outreach, including but not limited to door-to-door, telemarketing, and participating in community events. Process new enrollments received via phone, web, referral, etc. Monitor and maintain information associated with all customer program enrollments. Answer potential or existing customers' general inquiries. Review and approve program related invoices. Ensure excellent, high level, quality customer service is provided throughout all processes. Produce weekly updates for assigned projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of the natural gas industry. Strong customer service, analytical and negotiation skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills (such as Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of promotional and selling techniques. Ability to organize and multi-task activities, resources, and time. Ability to take direction, learn and consistently produce quality results. Ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of two years' experience in the energy industry. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Must successfully complete related Company pre-employment extensive background check, and have history of good attendance. Demonstratedcustomer service experience required. Valid driver's license and ability to drive PNG company vehicles.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Reporting location, PNG corporate headquarters. Travel approximately 25% to work sites of PNG, ex ernal customers and travel beyond Pittsburgh representing PNG. Perform light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to mover objects, including the human body. See, hear, talk and perform task requiring manual dexterity. Operate computer and other office equipment.
