Federated Hermes is seeking a Manager, Client Engagement Center with the ability to lead and motivate a team of internal sales consultants. Responsibilities include working closely with each internal sales consultant to increase sales and assets in assigned territories and to develop and maintain relationships with external sales representatives, regional managers, brokers and clients. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor degree, knowledge of financial markets and financial services products, mutual fund, ETF, and SMA investment techniques and terminology. Prior sales and management experience preferred. Must possess/obtain FINRA Series 7, 66 and 24.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage Client Engagement Center Associates/Internal Regional Consultants/Sr. Internal Regional Consultants to ensure effective coordination of sales efforts for Federated Hermes' products and services to clients
- Work closely with Internal Regional Consultants to increase sales and assets in assigned territories and to develop and maintain relationships with external sales representatives, regional managers, advisors and clients
- Develop, coordinate and deliver on-going product and sales training and sales promotion meetings for internal sales representatives
- Monitor calls to ensure that performance standards are maintained
- Evaluate Internal Regional Consultants' performance
- Provide daily guidance to staff in resolving complex inquiries
- Interact with internal and external clients on the development, implementation, evaluation and recommendations of sales programs
- Identify Federated Hermes external Regional Sales Consultants' and client needs and coordinate efforts to service those needs
- Prepare sales and project status reports for management
Responsible for interviewing and hiring Client Engagement Center Associates/Internal Regional Consultants
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree required; Master Degree, CFA, CFP or CIMA preferred
- Knowledge of financial markets and financial services products required
- Minimum of one-three years of management experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
Knowledge of mutual fund, ETF, and SMA investment techniques and terminology, Federated Hermes products and competitors' products preferred
