We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service I to join our Wealth Solutions team. Client Service Leads work with external clients to resolve immediate day-to-day issues while leveraging the appropriate resources at Pershing. They are the first point of contact for most client inquiries across phone, email, and eventually chat. This role is hybrid for out Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary, FL offices. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Supports clients in addressing operational questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed Applying problem solving skills based on precedence and experience, using communication skills to deliver high quality Using knowledge of assigned clients to aid in problem-solving and escalating non-routine or complex issues, as needed Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience Openings in the following divisions within Pershing Wealth Solutions: Technology - Call Center/Troubleshooting/Ticketing Systems Hours of operation: 24-hour tech center - open to nights/weekends/holiday Finance & Banker/Broker Dealer Services Hours of operation: Flexible schedule - open to a rotational schedule To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience listed above or in client services is highly preferred At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
