The Postdoctoral Research Associate will conduct research approved by the Principal Investigator PI as well as independent research in cell biology and drug delivery.

Leadership and project management skills
Responsibilities:
Research: Performing research related to the delivery of the therapy-related substance via extracellular vesicles and other methods to the inner ear, as well as conducting independent research involving hearing loss prevention/treatment. Working with pigs and small animals is required.
Mentorship: Performs project management and mentorship of graduate and undergraduate students.
Publication: Publishes results in peer-reviewed journals and through conference participation.
Required Education and Experience: Appropriate PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
