Position Description:
This position is located in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, or Dallas TX, however hybrid model is accepted.
As a Scrum Master, you will be a coach and facilitator for IT squad. Your work will include coaching team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery on sprint goals. You will work closely with your team and Product Owner and peer Scrum Masters to support Sprint and Release Planning, foster team self-awareness, encourage cross-training, decision-making and continuous improvement
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Minimum of 6 plus years as a Scrum Master
• Manage multiple team project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate Scrum Meeting, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Communicating status, risks, issues and/or concerns to leadership in a timely manner
• Maintaining and updating documentation regarding the design and operation of all software and systems components
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives.
• Adhering to established best practices for development/design lifecycle
• Establishing and maintaining a high quality of work
• Practicing proper business and professional ethics
• Maintain a productive work environment
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• BS in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education
• Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
• Experience with large scale program analysis/design/development
• Familiarity with a variety of designs, languages, and methodologies.
• Experience with system integration project
• Design and improve solutions around Adobe AEM solution
• Prototypes interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles
• Conducts user testing and reporting on the outcomes
• Designs consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI, CD and CT) and supporting tech stack
• AEM component development, workflow development and integrating AEM with other applications and XDP Forms and Processes in JEE
• Extensive knowledge of coding languages.
• Experience with Databases
• Ability to work well with and collaborate with others, leading/coaching/mentoring teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and passionate about learning and working with the latest technologies with effective communication skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500-$209,100
