Position Title: Staff Auditor Business Unit: Audit Reports To: Manager of Audit
Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for testing the system of internal control and compliance with established policies and procedures via completion of assigned audit tasks.
Primary Responsibilities: Assists in performing transactional and functional testing of books and records. Assists in developing and updating audit programs, ICQs and permanent audit files. Assists in finalizing all work papers including indexing, cross-referencing, confirmation summaries and documentation of audit findings. Participates in formal and on-the-job training to enhance audit skills and techniques. Performs special assignments as directed by Audit management. Performs other related duties as assigned. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Minimum Education: BA or BS
