Temporary (through March 2025) - Registered Nurse Case Manager - Potential for Permanent position Responsibilities include determining clinical eligibility for MassHealth-funded services for nursing facility stays and completing in-home assessments of service needs for individuals. Excellent written, communication, and computer skills required. Geriatric/Long Term Care and community-based nursing experience preferred. Registered nurse with a valid Massachusetts license. Bachelor or Associate of Science in nursing and at least three years of clinical experience in a community or long-term care setting. And/or a Diploma RN and (2) two additional years of community-based nursing or long-term care direct service experience. Qualifications ? Ability to exercise independent judgment ? Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills ? Demonstrated interpersonal skills ? Ability to develop and maintain records and communicate clinical data in verbal and written form ? Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing ? Current Driver\'s License (and insurance) Required AA/EOE Pittsfield, MA Job Type: Part-time Pay: \$32.88 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30 per week Medical Specialty: ?
