The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager with a robust background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations and content releases at the enterprise level. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive IT experience, an impeccable track record in product management, and the expertise necessary to manage and lead complex, high-stakes product releases. This role demands a visionary leader who can spearhead AEM componentization projects, drive transformative digital initiatives, and consistently deliver superior results.

Reports to Associate Director within IT.

Essential Functions

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • AEM Implementations and Componentization:

  • Lead and manage multiple high-impact AEM componentization projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from meticulous planning and innovative design to seamless implementation and continuous optimization

  • Strategically coordinate with development teams to create highly reusable, modular components that revolutionize content creation and delivery processes, enhancing consistency and significantly reducing development time and costs

  • Content Release Strategy:

  • Architect and spearhead the AEM content release strategy, managing intricate processes across various prestigious brands across different line of business

  • Precisely align business goals with advanced technical requirements, developing and executing robust content deployment strategies that dramatically enhance user engagement and operational efficiency

  • Product Management:

  • Employ cutting-edge management principles to deliver new AEM capabilities with unwavering precision, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations

  • Inspire and lead diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence

  • Oversee large-scale team operations, ensuring seamless coordination and peak performance at all times

  • Supervise the entire release lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed design to flawless deployment and ongoing optimization

  • Expertly utilize advanced project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or other industry-leading platforms to meticulously track progress, manage complex schedules, and ensure project goals are consistently met

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate and manage robust stakeholder relationships, ensuring crystal-clear communication and perfect alignment throughout the entire lifecycle across multiple business areas

  • Translate intricate technical concepts into actionable business insights, securing stakeholder buy-in and unwavering support for all initiatives

  • Strategic and Tactical Planning:

  • Champion and implement Agile methodologies to significantly enhance project efficiency, adaptability, and overall agility

  • Drive continuous improvement practices, exponentially increasing project velocity and delivering exceptional, measurable results

  • Conduct and lead Scrum of Scrums across technical and business teams to ensure seamless coordination across multiple business units and perfect alignment with overarching project goals

  • Lead yearly AEM Program Increment planning to strategize AEM development with a shared vision across all business units and refine quarterly to reflect business needs

    Physical Requirements

    0-10% overnight travel required.

    Qualifications

  • Experience:

  • 10+ years of extensive IT experience, with a proven focus on AEM implementations and advanced content management

  • Impeccable track record of managing and delivering complex, high-stakes projects with unparalleled success

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, high-performing teams

  • Skills:

  • Exceptional product management skills, including advanced scheduling, risk management, and innovative problem-solving

  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven history of motivating, guiding, and inspiring cross-functional teams

  • Superior stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business insights

  • Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and certified SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) professional

  • Expertise in conducting Program Increment Planning, Scrum of Scrums for coordinating multiple, high-impact teams
