JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supporting change initiatives within a business area.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop change management plans and communication strategies and ensure that changes are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, monitor and track progress of change initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders, and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor"s degree in a related field of study and typically 0-2 years of experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience OR
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prosci Change Management certification familiarity or experience implementing change management plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
