JPMorgan Chase Finance & Business Management, vice President- Corporate Finance in Plano, Texas

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Office of the CFO Finance Team at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The team reports into the Corporate Sector CFO and provides direct finance support to Corporate Finance, Control Management and Firm wide Business Resiliency. In addition, the OCFO Finance team partners with other corporate and line of business finance groups to bring together the broader OCFO story which includes line of business Finance & Business Management, Control Management, and Treasury with a collective budget of $2.5B and 15,000 headcount.

As a Finance & Business Management, Vice President in the Corporate Sector, you will assist the Office of the CFO Finance team to support Corporate Finance, and more broadly, the entire Office of the CFO organization. The role has a high level of interaction with teams within the lines of businesses and Corporate. The team also provides thought leadership and partners with functions on their strategic objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis

  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards

  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps

  • Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks

  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

  • Deliver relevant analysis around key initiatives

  • Provide support on business reviews for the Office of the CFO

  • Develop relationships with Corporate Finance functions, P&A, CFO teams, and other partners

  • Support various ad hoc activities and projects

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related area

  • 5+ years experience in Business Management or Finance role

  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and ability focus on design excellence

  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda

  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills

  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)

  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
