TEKsystems Mortgage Customer Service Representative in Plano, Texas
Job Description:
Customer Service for Mortgage/Call Center
Handling calls from brokers and settlement agents
Review tickets of loan estimates and complete any data entry corrections/rerun the IT team and the UCD
Assisting brokers calling about the closing, fees, and end stages of a loan
Skills & Qualifications:
Mortgage experience (experience working with broker division is a plus)
Closing/closer experience
Call Center experience
Customer Service Experience
Great organizational skills
Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 9AM-6PM OR 10AM-7PM
100% In-office/in-person
