Insight Global REMOTE- CRO Developer in Plano, Texas
Job Description
An employer is looking for a CRO Developer in the Plano, TX area. You will primarily be tasked with building front end components for A/B testing, MVT and/ or personalization campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional digital teams to implement front end optimizations and A/B tests that drive conversions. You will ensure these user interfaces align with CRO best practices and utilize various optimization strategies to identify areas of improvement. Additional tasks will include ensuring code quality is top of mind, cross-browser capability, mobile optimization and overall website performance is continuously enhanced and maintained.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years experience in front end web development
Strong React development experience, HTML, CSS, Typescript/ JavaScript skills
Strong CRO (Conversion rate optimization) experience
Heavy focus on A/B testing- creating, executing and implementing tests (Ideally using Optimizely)
Experience with website performance and user experience enhancements Mobile experience null
