JPMorgan Chase Sales & Business Enablement Business Management, Senior Associate in Plano, Texas

Join the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries to join its Finance and Business Management organization.

As a Senior Associate, on the Sales & Business Enablement Business Management team you will be responsible for supporting ongoing Sales Enablement activities on behalf of the business, which includes planning, best in class execution and continuous improvement, and reporting on performance. You must have a strong understanding of sales and financial products, operations, and an ability to provide analytical insight and business judgement in support of strategic and tactical initiatives. You are responsible for our internal feedback initiative and related projects. In this fast-paced environment, your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines will be highly valued.

Job responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions between internal strategic partners (e.g. Commercial Bank Product and Commercial Bank Technology) and Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Finance and Business Management teams to identify priority of submissions for process improvement and track process improvements with KPIs

  • Manage intake and resolution of employee pain points to drive continuous improvement of employee experiences and enhance efficiencies.

  • Analyze employee feedback submissions to determine scope, owner assignment and uncover common trends and themes

  • Execute on Partner engagement framework to establish a mutual trusting relationship and effectively execute on pain point resolutions.

  • Advise and influence senior leaders and stakeholders on key business decisions to institute change by forecasting demand and ensuring alignment of resources to execute

  • Synthesize information and prepare presentation materials to be shared with executive leadership and stakeholders

  • Manage additional ad-hoc projects to drive targeting and lead generation efforts across Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

  • Prior experience in Business Management, Project Management, or Chief of Staff

  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence

  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda

  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills

  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.

  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PitchPro+). Proficiency in CRM systems.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and analytics experience preferred (including Salesforce)
