JPMorgan Chase Sales Enablement Product Management - Sr. Associate in Plano, Texas

As a Senior Product Associate within the Commercial Bank's Sales Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to drive the discovery, design, and delivery of innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Commercial Banking sales teams. You will work closely with key partners across the Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ensure the on-time development of value-add sales capabilities, while helping to set the strategic roadmap for the broader Sales Enablement program.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Business partners to use a design-thinking approach to co-create the target state experience for front office teams, and translate that into well-scoped requirements for development

  • Define product strategy, including measurable Objective and Key Results to track impact

  • Drive discovery and analysis of user needs, business requirements, technical limitations, and regulatory constraints to draft product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories

  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the Commercial & Investment Bank to align on roadmap prioritization

  • Perform extensive qualitative and quantitative analyses with information gathered from multiple sources, including with large data sets, to inform feature design, track user adoption, and evaluate program success

  • Work with Engineers, Architects, and Scrum Masters to manage releases, including defining and conducting end-to-end testing

  • Define roll-out and communication strategy for new capabilities and features, in partnership with key support and training teams (e.g., Customer Success) to support

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3 + years of experience at a financial services firm, tech firm, or startup in product management or business analysis for a software product

  • Experience with user centric design, software development lifecycle, business process analysis, and software testing

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving, including ability to turn quantitative analyses into actionable recommendations

  • Familiarity with basic software and data concepts (e.g., APIs; structured vs. unstructured data; etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills based on the audience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software

  • Previous experience and proven success with digital transformation implementations (journey design, prototyping to scale), and tech innovation initiatives with a strong interest in operating model design and / or business strategy
