JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Manager Deposits 2.0 in Plano, Texas

As a Senior Product Manager in the Deposit 2.0 team, you will have the opportunity to own the discovery and development of innovative features that aim to simplify banking tasks for our customers. You will work cross-functionally to promote business outcomes, always keeping the end users at the forefront. Your role will involve acting as a feature product analyst, leading customer journey design and development for platform functionality that serves multiple client segments. Job responsibilities;

  • Design simple, concise and targeted experiments of multiple application or configuration options to determine the best path forward for our innovative customer and bank journeys

  • Uncover and pore over data, technical documentation, and research to glean key insights and advocate for the configuration option that delivers the best customer experience

  • Co-lead execution of 1+ Scrum teams throughout the agile software development lifecycle (gather/write business requirements, translate into stories, test, evaluate and proceed with additional iteration)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across many product teams on the path to delivering Deposit 2.0

  • Ensure that interface and interoperability patterns get applied properly in target state journey and capability designs, while establishing processes to track and manage exceptions to Deposits 2.0 interface standards

  • Engage supporting product teams to align timelines and ensure their readiness to develop required interfaces associated with Deposit's 2.0 customer journeys and capabilities

  • Assist with the annual Budget Impact Assessment for impacted teams outside of Deposits 2.0

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities;

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 years of product management experience and a proven track record of launching and iterating on successful products through agile delivery that span multiple consumer touch-points

  • Ability to document both business and technical needs including application dependencies and flows

  • Ability to develop and prioritize a product backlog to ensure the team delivers high value features and lead collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives)

  • Experience building product roadmaps

  • Customer-centric focus who keeps rapport with end users and builds lasting partnerships across complex organizations

  • Scrappy, versatile personality type with high resiliency and a drive for success and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities ;

  • Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, drive technical implementation, E2E testing, and operational readiness.

  • Proficient in JIRA

  • Consumer banking products, payments, fintech experience is a plus
