Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting initial phone interviews, and supporting hiring managers in the interview process.

  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR-related systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the systems, and generating reports and providing insights based on system data.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, manage interview logistics and ensure timely communication with all parties involved.

  • Manage and coordinate preboarding activities, including administering drug tests, conducting background checks, and drafting offer letters.

  • Collaborate with external vendors to manage recruitment and HR-related services, ensure vendor services align with organizational needs, and monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in vendor management, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of vendor services.

  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for contractors, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and maintain accurate records of contractor agreements and assignments.

  • Develop and manage the company’s internship program, coordinate with departments to identify internship opportunities, and facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and development of interns.

  • Plan and coordinate participation in local career fairs and recruitment events, represent the company at various events to attract potential candidates.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR operations.

  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates across various roles and levels, utilizing effective sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, including managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), coordinating interview and preboarding activities.

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment practices, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records and reports.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience in vendor and contract management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Preferred Skills:

  • Experience organizing and managing career fairs and internship programs.

  • Strong skills in planning and executing recruitment projects.

  • Aptitude for identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights.
