Talent Corps recruiters are responsible for exceeding the hiring goals set by management by filling open positions with talented, qualified candidates. This entails the preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding of qualified candidates all while ensuring the candidate has a pleasant experience.

Required Duties:

Create, establish, and execute a recruiting strategy.

Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions/specifications to post to the various

employment boards/newspapers/internet search engines, etc....

Collaborate with Department Managers to compile a list of necessary job requirements.

Utilize databases, online employment forums, social media, etc....to recruit suitable candidates.

Prescreen candidates to fill open positions through high volume calls, phone interviews, screening resumes and applications.

Promote the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suite open positions.

Make hiring recommendations.

Oversee the onboarding of new hires to meet HR compliance requirements.

Oversee and manage data through the companys applicant tracking system (Tempworks).

Provide recruiting reports to team managers as well as be able to decipher the hiring data.

Liaison between the client and candidate.

Point of contact for the recruited employee; develop a working relationship with the individual employee.

Attending company off-site events.

Additional Requirements:

High School Diploma

A bachelors degree preferred but not required.

1-3 years in staffing preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not a requirement.

Ability to travel.

Data driven.
