Job Description
o Who/what is the team supporting?
Front-end (ux / design) and back-end development
Tracking : google analytics, pixel tracking, gtm tracking, reporting
SEO
Will directly report to head of marketing...with dotted line support of our sr. graphic designer, as well as another sr. marketing manager (re: organizational messaging).
o What is the candidate accomplishing for you?
potentially refreshing the website (sonc.org) to make it more user-friendly
reporting data
driving traffic to the website (sonc.org)
increase engagement on sonc.org
folding google sites into sonc.org
front-end (ux / design) and back-end development
SEO
o From clock in to clock out, what would this person's day look like?
potentially refreshing the website (sonc.org) to make it more user-friendly
alot of response to asana tickets / front-end (ux / design) & back-end maintenance
reporting data / tracking
SEO
o Create a percentage breakdown of responsibilities (i.e 10% code changes, 30% front end ux work, 40% backend using java)
google site management

Skills and Requirements
* 2+ years Web Development experience (both front (Ux/Design) and back end)
* Wordpress Expertise
* Siteground expertise
* Google Analytics Expertise, Pixel Tracking, GTM Tracking, Reporting, SEO
* Exp with one of the following (ideally all) - Formassembly, Salesforce, Sawfish * Graphic design proficiency null
