JOB REQUIREMENTS: HARIBO\'s brand new gummi factory is growing! We are adding an Industrial Engineering Manager to establish and champion a data-driven plant performance management process and culture. Reporting to the Plant Director, the Industrial Engineering Manager will lead operational improvements for HARIBO\'s new state-of-the-art food manufacturing plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (Kenosha area in southeastern Wisconsin). As an individual contributor, the Industrial Engineering Manager will create industrial engineering capabilities in the plant to find ways to eliminate wastefulness in the production process by devising efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, material, information and energy to make our world famous gummi candy products.
