Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Review data using SQL to identify insights and provide recommendations to support the Merchandising team and improve business decisions. Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to support Merchandising and special projects. Guide and support key Merchandising projects, collaborating with other departments to achieve successful outcomes. Communicate with key stakeholders across the business to initiate projects as well as provide status updates. Perform merchandise analysis for product teams and management as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. Previous work and or educational experience in analytics a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI. Excellent communication skills - speak and write clearly and concisely. Strong curiosity and affinity for numbers.
