Join our award-winning Creative team as a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, where you\'ll be the bridge between Uline\'s leadership, Creative and Merchandising teams. Use data-driven insights to shape a seamless shopping experience across our growing catalog and website! Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers and the Creative team to curate items for our 800+ page catalog, considering inventory, customer preferences and pricing. Research industry trends, competitive pricing and market shifts. Offer strategic and financial recommendations to drive improvements. Generate reports that translate customer behavior insights into actionable plans. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. 2 - 3 years of retail merchandise planning or retail financial planning experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Access and SQL experience a plus.
