Job Summary:
The ERP Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Company’s SAP system. This position will also provide support to end users who have questions about how to use the system or run into issues while using it.
Job Responsibilities:
• Audit ERP Transactions at floor level including warehouse areas and provide training as needed
• Review and file Production Paperwork
• Review SAP Tools (Scanners/Tablets) Sign In/Out report and share feedback
• Audit completed jobs and provided feedback to the Teams
• Assist the Teams on completing investigation on Inventory discrepancies
• Print, set up Material Requisition sheet
• Share open/close Job report at the end of the shift
• Review Process Orders completion status and update Production Schedule accordingly
• Create and Maintain SAP SOP’s
• Comply with all Company rules, regulations, and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Additional Skills:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Three (3) to four (4) years previous work experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working in SAP and TMS applications required
• Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.) required
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
• Proactive mind-set and flexibility are important as well as the ability to work under “just in time” pressures
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Keep organization and time management skills
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities

• Offices with equipment noise
• Offices with frequent interruptions
• Mostly indoor office environment with windows
• If in the plant, required to use personal protective equipment to enforce Good Food Manufacturing (GMP’s) processes
Physical Requirements:
• Able to communicate information accurately to others
• Able to detect and discern sounds accurately in order to exchange information
• Able to hold stationary positions for extended periods of time
• Able to move throughout workspace frequently
• Able to observe details at close range, perceive colored images as well as effectively perceive computer generated images on a screen
• Frequently operates computer and other office productivity machinery
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Able to work overtime and/or weekends
