Philips Clinical Quality Improvement Manager in Pleasanton, California

Clinical Quality Improvement Manager

Patient quality and safety is the top priority for Philips and in this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the quality goals in Clinical Operations are upheld.

Your role:

  • Manage the daily operation of the clinical quality improvement team. Serve as a key point of escalation should any disagreements arise between the business and quality scorings.

  • Analyze clinical quality data and provide feedback to the clinical operations leaders and the education team. Work collaboratively to identify areas of improvement for technicians.

  • Conceive and manage process improvement projects, recommending strategies to enhance team productivity and performance.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.

  • You have a high school diploma; college degree is preferred

  • Experience in a role in the medical field is a plus.

  • Your skills include the ability to interpret ECG data, be an impactful people leader, analyze data and identify trends.

  • You have a CCT/CRAT Certification, RN license or are a Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS certification.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $138,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
