Executive Assistant/Compliance Officer Description: The Executive Assistant / Compliance Officer provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is a critical part of the senior leadership team, contributing to project management, financial management assistance, and compliance oversight. The Executive Assistant manages executive communications, coordinates meetings, and performs various administrative, project-related, and financial tasks with confidentiality and discretion. Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, this position contributes to the efficient operation of the organization while assisting with key projects and financial oversight as needed.
Additionally, as a Compliance Officer, this role ensures that the healthcare facility adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to staff on compliance issues.
Hours:
Full-time position. 40 hours/week. 1.00 FTE.
Monday-Friday. Benefit Eligible.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, project management, or a related field preferred.
Preferred 2-3 years of experience in an executive administrative or healthcare support role, with demonstrated experience in financial management assistance and project management.
The facility will offer the requisite education and training to ensure the candidate can effectively fulfill the roles and responsibilities associated with this position.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Financial acumen and experience assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to assist with and lead projects across multiple departments or teams.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
