"Job#: 2033494  Job Description:  Account Opening AnalystThis role will assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account. The functional work performed supports processes related to Account Openings, Contract/Client Agreement management, Records Management and large complex projects.Key Responsibilities:Review and approve documentation and information related to new account requests and account maintenance eventsData entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processesDocument management including systemically reviewing, identifying, and notating according to new document management directivesVarious project support tasksSkills Required:Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timelyExcellent client service skills using both written and oral communicationExperienced user of Microsoft Office productsExperience as a Paralegal or legal studies would be preferredHigh organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgencyAbility to work independently and in a team settingHours : Monday - Friday 8:00-5:30 pmHybrid - 3 days onsite in Pittsburgh, PAWhat are the top 3 skills:Time managementAttention to detailReading comprehensionEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
