Job Description:
Apex Systems is partnering with our client MedRisk to find a Help Desk Manager for to join their team as Full-Time Employee. MedRisk is located in King of Prussia, the role is mainly remote but with some on-site piece. We are seeking a candidate with experience help desk management, knowledge of ServiceNow, & some technical experience.
This person should have technical experience in the following:
1. VMware - they need to know what a virtual machine is. This is a VMware shop
2. Desktop imaging
3. Active Directory
