Problem solves 1st tier HR production system support issues, escalates complex issues to 2nd level HR Technology team or vendor working with them for an efficient resolution back to the customer. Conducts weekly system audits to ensure data integrity, adjusting audits as necessary or working with HR Technology team to determine new audit procedures as processes change.
