Maintain and promote a safe work environment by taking appropriate safety measures. Represent Sargento in a professional and ethical manner when dealing with governmental agencies (City, State, OSHA, DNR, USDA, etc.) and external entities (WI Public Service, Insurance Carrier, Security, vendors, contractors etc.). Responsible for providing comprehensive project management duties for all phases of assigned projects, including: project and scope development, concept development, design, budgets and estimates, project schedule, control, training, startup, documentation, and project closeout. Provides engineering and process expertise for development of facility and utility improvements, equipment upgrades, reliability projects, and R&D projects. Provides analysis and leadership for process and COGS improvements to production lines/facilities. Participates and provides technical support or resources for operational continuous improvement efforts. Uses available data and measures processes to quantify project justifications.
